ADC board of PCGR probe interface is designed to be installed in the chassis of PCG-R gamma logging probe of the Halliburton Sperry Sun MWD-650 downhole tool.

The board implements the following functions:

  • provision of high voltage power supply to the scintillator sensor of photoelectric multiplier

  • conversion of signals received from the sensor into digital format and provision of the values received transmission to the processor probe board.
